The Department of Employment has commissioned the Social Research Centre (SRC) to conduct face to face interviews, small group discussions and telephone interviews with Employment Service providers (‘providers’) who are engaged under the jobactive contract.

In November/December 2015, the Social Research Centre will invite providers to participate in face to face interviews, small group discussions and telephone interviews. This research will target the following locations: Brisbane (Beenleigh, Browns Plains), Perth (Midland, Mirrabooka), Sydney (Campsie, Fairfield), Melbourne (Footscray, St Albans, Sunshine), Cairns, Rockhampton, Bunbury, Geraldton, Newcastle, Cowra, Geelong and Morwell.
