The response provides a whole of government position to the 11 recommendations from the inquiry into aspects of higher education and skills training that supports future demand in agriculture and agribusiness in Australia.

The Australian Government acknowledges the contribution that the agricultural and agribusiness sector makes to trade and economic growth, and the opportunity it offers regional communities. Australian Government investment consists of funding for skills development, higher education and research infrastructure.
