Your views about the assistance you receive are important and the Department of Education, Skills and Employment (the department) and your ParentsNext provider value any feedback you may have.

If you are happy with the assistance you are receiving, we would love to hear from you. Please contact the department's National Customer Service Line on the details below.

If you don’t think you are receiving the right help and would like to make a complaint, please talk to your ParentsNext provider first. Your ParentsNext provider will offer a feedback process which is fair and will try to resolve your concerns.
