I want to know my workplace rights and entitlements

When commencing or undertaking employment it’s important to understand what your workplace rights and entitlements are, and know how to check what you are receiving from your employer. Employee workplace rights and entitlements include but are not limed to, minimum hourly pay rates, sick leave and holiday pay, as well as protections for work, health and safety in the workplace.
