Job Services Australia evaluation 2009-12 and 2012-2015

Job Services Australia (JSA) was the Australian Government employment services system that replaced the Job Network. The first JSA contract ran from 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2012. The second JSA contract (from 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2015) was an extension of the first contract, with some variations.

The Job Services Australia evaluations examine how effective the JSA employment services models were in achieving their objectives. Further detail on the aims and scope of the evaluation of the JSA 2009-2012 period can be found in the evaluation strategy.

Summaries of key findings of the evaluation reports are also available, along with the Departmental Response to these reports.
