Services Guarantees for jobactive

The Service Guarantee for jobactive and the Service Guarantee for jobactive Volunteers set out the minimum services for job seekers depending on their assessed needs and outlines the Government’s expectations for the delivery of services by providers. The Service Guarantees have been developed in consultation with industry.

Joint Charter of Deed Management

The Joint Charter has been developed in consultation with industry peak bodies and replaced the existing Charter of Contract Management from July 2015 for jobactive.

The Joint Charter reflects the commitments of both the Department and provider’s in the management and delivery of employment services.

The Joint Charter forms part of the contracts with jobactive Provider Services, Work for the Dole Coordinator Services, National Harvest Labour Information Services, the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme and Harvest Labour Services.

Provider’s’ adherence with, and performance against the Joint Charter, will be assessed as part of ongoing performance management and contract monitoring.

The commitments outlined in the Joint Charter reflect key priorities for all employment services from 1 July 2015 and focus providers and the Department on working collaboratively wherever possible to ensure that services meet the needs of job seekers, employers, communities and Government.
