Fair Entitlements Guarantee Act 2012 (the FEG Act) – The Department uses the FEG Act to determine eligibility for FEG assistance.

Fair Entitlements Bill 2012 Explanatory Memorandum – provides background information about the FEG Act.

Fair Entitlements Guarantee Regulation 2012 – allows for financial assistance to be advanced to contract out workers in the textile, clothing and footwear industry (TCF contract outworkers) in the event those amounts are unpaid due to the insolvency or bankruptcy of the person who engaged them to carry out the work.

Fair Work Act 2009 – sets out the safety net of minimum terms and conditions of employment through the National Employment Standards.

Bankruptcy Act 1966 – sets out the law governing bankruptcy.

Corporations Act 2001 – sets out the law dealing with corporate entities in Australia.
