The Department of Employment, Skills, Small and Family Business is committed to ensuring the SWP operates in a collaborative way, including using a co-design approach with Approved Employers, industry, unions, community groups and other agencies.
The department has considered all responses received on the Draft Advance Copy of the SWP Deed of Agreement and is now seeking your feedback on the marked up copy of the new SWP Deed and the draft Guidelines. Feedback should be sent to the SWP mailbox at email@example.com by COB Friday 11 October 2019.
The timeline for providing input has been revised following feedback from Approved Employers that more time is required to consider both the draft SWP Deed of Agreement and the Guidelines simultaneously. The revised timeline gives Approved Employers and other stakeholders four weeks to consider the documents side by side and provide feedback. To assist, the updated Approved Employer Transition Advice is also provided. Please note that participation in consultation does not mean your Deed will automatically be renewed.
