Seventeen-year-old Mikala Wade-Ferrell, from the North Coast left school halfway through Year 11 so that she could start working full-time to support herself living out of home.
ETC a Transition to Work provider helped Mikala develop a resume and practice her interview skills. She found a full-time role as the Assistant Manager at Nourish Health food shop in Ballina and completed a Certificate III in Retail.
