Department of Employment, Skills, Small and Family Business Graduate Program provides many benefits for participants.

Salary

Under the current Enterprise Agreement your starting salary will be $64,291 (APS Level 3) with a 15.4 per cent employer superannuation contribution. Upon successful completion of the Graduate Program, you will be advanced to $69,934 (APS Level 4).

Relocation Assistance

The Department of Employment, Skills, Small and Family Business Graduate Program offer relocation assistance for graduates who reside outside of the ACT.
