Reports on Agreement Making

The Department of Jobs and Small Business and the Fair Work Commission compiles and publishes reports on enterprise agreements in Australia. Links to these reports are available.

The Report on Agreement Making (RAM) fulfilled the requirements of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (WR Act) to provide data on developments in enterprise bargaining over a three year period.

The predecessor to the Department of Jobs and Small Business prepared the RAM prior to the establishment of the Fair Work Act in 2009.  The last report, for the period 2007 to 2009, prepared under the Workplace Relations Act can be requested by emailing ebtrends@jobs.gov.au.

Since the Fair Work Act, the Fair Work Commission is required to review the developments in making enterprise agreements, replacing the RAM report. The most recent reports can be found on the Fair Work Commission website.
