The Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman (ASBFEO) provides dispute resolution assistance to small businesses involved in a disagreement with other businesses or Government agencies, to aid a solution without having to go to court.
Through their Small Business Concierge Service (Concierge Service), ASBFEO helps small businesses decide if an application to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) for review of an Australian Taxation Office (ATO) decision is an appropriate pathway to resolution. The Concierge Service guides and supports the small business through the AAT process.
